📋 Conditions for selling
To ensure traceability of items and comply with current legislation, all sales or trade-in transactions are subject to the following conditions:
🔞 Must be of legal age
You must be at least 18 years old to sell or drop off an item in our stores. No exceptions will be made.
🪪 Mandatory identification
A valid ID is required for all transactions. Accepted documents:
- Swiss or European ID card
- Passport
- Swiss driving license
- Swiss residence permit
📄 Mandatory purchase agreement
Each transaction is subject to a signed purchase agreement. This document formalizes the transaction and protects both the seller and our company.
📹 Filmed transactions
For security and traceability reasons, all transactions are filmed. By coming to the store for a trade-in, you agree to this condition.
⚠️ Without valid identification and proof of age, no trade-in can be processed.
🛒 How to sell your items?
Come directly to one of our Bulle or Payerne stores with your items and your ID.
For our staff to process your request in the best conditions, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the store's closing time.
Wherever possible, our staff will test and evaluate your items immediately. In case of high traffic, we may ask you to leave your items for deposit, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
🚨 Transactions and offers: in-store only
All our transactions and evaluations are carried out exclusively on our premises. To avoid any ambiguity, no offers will be communicated outside our stores, whether by phone, email, social media, or any other means. This is for the following reasons:
- 📈 Price variations — The price of certain products can change from day to day due to promotions and market fluctuations.
- 📦 Stock availability — Our offers depend directly on the stock available in our branches and with our partners, which can vary rapidly.
- 🔥 Demand and popularity — The value of an item is also influenced by current demand and the product's popularity in the market.
- 🔍 Essential physical inspection — A personal inspection by our trained employees is always preferred to avoid any estimation errors or misunderstanding of the item's condition.
